Comfortability of lenses is not rely based on water content. Mixture of chemical & softness of lens are the factors that make your eyes feel comfortable.

When water content is high lens is more softer, at 1st wearing you will feel extra comfortable but it eventually will dry up your eyes due to quick dry.

Lens normally has 38-55% water content. Which one is more comfortable it totally depends on individual. If you always to work in air condition environment, then 38-45% water content is suggested.
