SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Posting Day: Mon - Fri (Sat, Sun & PH no posting)
• Cut off time is at 12 midnight daily. If you made payment pass the midnight then your order will be processed on the next working day (read: pay today, post tomorrow), but sometimes there’s might be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances eg: parcel overload, delivery van’s no show up, close operation due to emergency, so urgent order is totally not encouraged
• We post directly from our warehouse in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan / Alor Gajah, Melaka (Candy x Eye Muse) & Butterworth, Penang (Disney x Molicon)
• If  any of your contact lens is out of stock last minute (because the stock list is not 100% accurate), we will inform you to change the lens or offer refund
• We use Poslaju and J&T courier service
• Tracking number will only be available after midnight on the posting day & you can request to me directly via WhatsApp
