• Posting day: Mon to Fri (Sat, Sun & PH no posting)
• We post from Tampin, Negeri Sembilan
• Cut off time is at 12 midnight everyday, if you bank in after that time order will be processed on the next working day
• If contact lens out of stock last minute (because stock list is not 100% accurate), we will inform you to change the lens / refund
• We use Poslaju or J&T courier service
• Sender details printed on consignment notes is our HQ: CANDY MUSE GROUP SDN BHD
• Tracking number will be sent to you directly via email after MIDNIGHT (so don’t ask too early because all tracking numbers are automatically generated by system)
