RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If you want to change lens (either to change design, color or degree):

• Only for Candylicious & Eye Muse lens
• Make sure it’s within 7 days of receiving parcel
• Lens vial still not opened
• Exchange fee RM3 will be charged for each pair
• Postage fee must be borne by customer

If cust received wrong/defect lens:

• Postage fee must be borne by customer for resend purpose

If you want to refund (due to no stock only):

• Processing fee RM3 will be charged for each pair & deducted from your refund total amount
• Refund will be credited to your bank account within 1 - 2 weeks
